Factum Report provides construction cost reports derived from dated public records. Every report is a document, not a bid recommendation. Factum is not a licensed appraiser, estimator, or engineer. It does not predict who wins a bid. A low bid is a low bid, not a confirmed award.

Payment is charged at the price listed on the pricing page. A free report shows pages 1, 2, and 9 only. A paid report is the full nine-section report. Refunds are issued when a report cannot be written or when a determination is blocked.

You may not resell, redistribute, or present a Factum report as your own work. You may cite it. The report ID is the permanent public record of the report.
